What should I expect from my first mobile massage treatment?
Our therapist will arrive at your location 10 to 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to set up and have a brief intake before starting the session. At he end of the treatment 10 to 15 minutes for packing up and billing.
The table, sheets, heating pad, oil, and music is supplied.
**A space large enough to fit the massage table (approximately 6 feet long and 3 feet wide), plus enough space to move around, will be required.
Are there health conditions that may effect my massage treatment?
Pregnancy
Allergies
Recent surgery
Physical ailments such as epilepsy, cancer, diabetes, cardiac problems
If you are affected by any of the conditions above you should consult your physician prior to making an appointment and advise our therapist before treatment begins.
Please inform us of any of the above when making a booking
**For prenatal massage appointments please ensure you are in your 2nd trimester
Will I have to undress completely for my treatment?
It is your choice, depending on the treatment. Ask our therapist about the treatment so you can decide. Either way, our therapist is professionally trained to accommodate your privacy.
You will be draped with sheets or towels during your treatments except for the areas that are being treated.
Cranial Sacral, Reiki, Quantum Touch and Tong Ren Therapies are fully clothed sessions.

We welcome persons of all ages. Any client under 18 years of age will require adult consent to receive treatment.
We always advocate that you give feedback to your service provider. We want you to be comfortable so please advise us if you want the pressure or technique of your service to be adjusted.
For your comfort we recommend you allow an hour between your last meal and your treatment. We also suggest you avoid coffee or alcohol prior to any massage treatment.
All prices displayed in Canadian currency. GST is included in price. Prices and services subject to change. All sales are final.
Cancellation Policy
We would appreciate a minimum of 24 hours notice for the cancellation of any appointment.
We understand that circumstances happen, especially last minute, and that 24 hours notice may not be capable.
For missed appointments without cancellation or multiple cancellations, we may require you to prepay to reserve your next appointment.
Direct Billing
Available for the following insurance providers: Canada Life, Manulife, Claim Secure, Desjardins Insurance, iA Financial Group, Johnson Group, Johnston Group, Beneva, Alberta Blue Cross, BPA, Chambers of Commerce, CINUP, Coughlin, Cowan, D.A Townley, First Canadian, GMS, Group Health, Group Source, Manion, Maxium Benefit, People Corporation, RWAN, Union Benefits, UV Insurance, Meddavie Blue Cross, Green Shield, RBC, SSQ Financial Group, Empire Life, Medi Construction, Sunlife. For all other insurance companies, appropriate insurance receipts will be provided.
If you are not eligible for direct billing, insurance claim forms can usually be found online or by your employer.
In the event that your insurance company does not accept a claim through direct billing, we will require payment from the client. If you are unsure about your benefits, please contact your insurance company before you book.
We do not accept WCB or MVA insurance clients. You will be required to pay in full and submit to your insurance for repayment.
