Deep Tissue

This type of therapy helps break up tight knots in your muscles that may be hindering joint movement.

A more focused technique of massage that targets the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissue by applying firm pressure and slow, deep strokes. Usually focused on specific problem areas, this full body massage releases tension and stiffness, reduces pain, and improves joint movement. Can be coupled with cupping or/and active engagement technique.

Swedish Relaxation

This type of massage is stress reducing and very peaceful.

Both relaxing and energizing, Swedish relaxation is designed to relax the entire body. By the use of light to firm pressure in long, gliding strokes towards the direction of blood returning to the heart, this massage helps increase oxygen levels in the blood, improves circulation, flexibility, and reduces stress.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

This massage is aimed at stimulating your bodies natural drainage system. Great for pre and post surgery.

With a series of gliding, compressing, stretching, and cupping motions, this gentle massage technique encourages the movement of lymph fluids around the body in order to remove waste build up and toxins from your body tissue. Very effective for reducing swelling and improving circulation throughout your lymphatic system.

Hot Stone Massage

Relax stiff muscles and damaged soft tissue.

Hot Stone Massage is an effective technique to relieve tension in the body by placing smooth, flat heated stones on specific parts of the body. By relaxing the muscles with the heat of the stones, muscles can be worked on more effectively and damaged soft tissue can begin to heal. Improves blood circulation by expanding blood vessels, releases toxins, improves skin appearance, and balances the flow of energy throughout the body.

Specified treatment for jaw pain.

A specific therapy to target the temporomandibular joint, a muscle located inside your mouth that connects the jawbone to the skull. Foot Reflexology

Non-invasive alternative to a full body massage, this technique stimulates the foot for health conditions within the body.

This can be used in conjunction with other alternative therapies. It takes into account the whole person and helps activate each patient’s natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being. Light touch is applied to certain reflexes that are found on the feet, ankles, and lower legs in order to promote healing and release tension within your whole body. Recommended for anyone who is unable to receive extensive pressure on certain problem areas found on the body, or people undergoing certain chronic or acute conditions that are looking for alternative healing.

Cranial Sacral Therapy

A deeply relaxing treatment to improve well-being and strengthen your immune system.

By the use of gentle touch, this technique frees your central nervous system by releasing tightened muscle tissue that may be restricting the flow of fluid to your brain or spinal chord. Can be used alone or together with other therapies to facilitate your own bodies self-correcting mechanism.

Effective for all ages, this therapy in non-invasive and has shown to help a full spectrum of pain and dysfunction including fibromyalgia, scoliosis, motor-coordination impairments, spinal cord injuries, and more.
